Welcome to The Diamond at Maple Tree Square - your neighbourhood cocktail parlour. Providing fresh share plates and hand crafted cocktails by night. By day we are a boutique bartending school and consultancy company.

Our little Gastown treehouse is located at 6 Powell Street - corner of Carrall, upstairs. The menu is designed to be shared, and the dishes come to you as they are ready.

Our bartending school Vancouver, is officially named ‘The Diamond Preparatory School for All Things Drinks. We offer courses and seminars for both aspiring bartenders and casual cocktail enthusiasts.

The Diamond also offers full service bar consulting and special event planning. We are available to consult and plan all aspects of new restaurant and lounge openings. Revamp existing spaces and design, and create profitable bar programs.
